Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to legitimate retail businesses located in the countries that Torus Pet provides wholesale and/or drop-shipping service from time-to-time. Applicants must operate an active retail website. Torus Pet products are not permitted to be sold on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace or similar third-party marketplaces. Second-hand and resale traders are not eligible.

2. Account approval

Torus Pet reviews every application and may approve, decline, suspend or terminate an account at its sole discretion. Approval does not create an exclusive territory or guarantee of supply.

3. Wholesale and MAP Pricing, Orders

Wholesale pricing is provided during the application process and is confidential and provided only to approved retailers. Prices, product availability and specifications may change without notice.

All retailers must adhere to Torus Pet price mapping rules at all times or Torus Pet may withdraw supply of Torus Pet products at its discretion. MAP requires MSRP to be maintained at all times except that the retailer may offer discounts of up to 10% for a period of 10 days and only upon two occasions in any 12-month period.

4. Payment and card on file

Approved retailers must keep a valid payment card on file. Orders are authorised and captured against that card. Retailers begin with an order authorisation threshold of USD 150, which may be increased after a history of successful payments at the sole discretion of Torus Pet.

5. Dropship fulfilment

Where a retailer uses the Torus Pet dropship feed, product data and inventory are synced to the retailer's storefront. Retailers are responsible for accurate presentation of product information and pricing on their own channels.

6. Brand use

Retailers must use Torus Pet brand assets supplied by Torus Pet solely to market Torus Pet products. Modification of logos, product imagery or claims is not permitted.

7. Returns and warranty

Customer returns must be in accordance with the retailer's standard terms for return, but must not extend beyond 30 days unless for reason of product fault under which a Manufacturer's Warranty applies. Products that do not have a fault may not be returned after use unless the retailer is willing to provide a store credit at its own cost.

Manufacturer's warranty of 12 months applies to all hardware. This warranty does not apply to consumable products that have commenced use.

8. Changes to these terms

Torus Pet may update these terms. Each retailer's acceptance is recorded with the version identifier and timestamp shown at the top of this page. Continued ordering after an update constitutes acceptance of the current version.
